Depending on the case, we offer an hourly rate or a flat rate. Our strategists keep detailed logs of the time they spend on your case. Work logs will be disclosed to all clients upon the closing of a project, and we only work for as long as a project requires, so you’ll never be overbilled for unproductive time. Senior Consultant rates fall between $350 and $500 per hour, while Associate rates are between $175 and $250 per hour. Our small business IT Support Engineers charge between $95 and $125 per hour. Retainers—sans Support Engineers—must be paid upfront.

All new clients are provided with a free, 15-minute consultation with one of our Associates to better understand your needs and determine if our firm is a good fit for your project.
